Available Programs:
Foundation Development Program – 10 Seats. Qualification: Minimum 10th Pass
Assistant Leadership Training (ALT) – 40 Seats
Community Project Manager Course (CPMC) – 10 Seats
Social Development Leadership Program (SDLP) – 20 Seats
The program you are assigned will depend on your interview performance. Applicants can range from 10th pass to postgraduates.
Program Fee & Refund Model:
Total Fee: ₹55,000 (Fully Refundable)
Training Duration: 3 Months
Monthly salary plus ₹2,000 allowance until full refund.
Payment available in installments (₹1,500–₹2,000 per month).
Salary begins from the 4th month.
The refundable fee ensures seriousness, commitment, and continuity during the training period.
